How do I get signed up?
Please go to Client, Appraiser, or Agent pages and click Sign Up.
Sign up and registration is free to all Clients.
Sign up and registration is easy and cost effective. We simply charge a monthly
licensing fee of $19.99, which allows us to support and sustain our website.
We currently hold a 94% retention rate from all of our initial sign ups!
How do I cancel?
Please login and click on the "My Account" button. At the bottom of the "My Account" page, click the "Cancel" button. Confirm you want to cancel if prompted.
How do I Receive Orders from Valuation Interlink?
We email them to you when they appear in your area, with registered participants getting a larger lead time. When you receive an email with the order, please read the terms and conditions and click Accept or Decline. You will then be notified if you have been awarded the job.
What should I do when I Accept an Order?
If you have been awarded the appraisal, you will be notified immediately.
Before you build a folder, call the client and borrower immediately to confirm. Once you have confirmed the appointment with the borrower, and confirmed the payment arrangements, build your folder and complete the assignment. Please make sure to update your account with appointment time.
Please be courteous and respectful to all your clients and borrowers, it helps everyone get more business.
How do I Place an Order?
Sign up as a Client for free. If you are already a member, login with your username and password. Click Place Order and fill out subject property information.
What if my Order is COD?
You get paid at the door, and you have the borrower/client make the check/cash/credit card payment directly to you or your company for the agreed upon fee. Valuation Interlink is not responsible for any COD orders, so please make sure that everyone is aware that it is COD.
What if the borrower/client refuses to pay COD?
Check with your client immediately and put the order on hold until you clear up the situation. Payment options at that time should be discussed between the appraiser and client, and you should update your order immediately.
As with any COD appraisal job, you should always double check and let your party know that the order is COD, and tell them the amount. Tell them in a nice way that they need to have a check or cash at the door. If you’re company takes credit cards tell them they have that option as well, just make sure you let them know. Notify your client immediately to discuss your options.
What if my Order is Billed to Client?
It is your responsibility to collect payment from your client, and arrange the proper terms. We suggest you send a written agreement on your company letter head and have the client sign to accept payment responsibility.

What are your Monthly Fees?
Registration is free for all Clients who wish to place an order.
Appraisers and agents are charged a Licensing fee of $19.99 each month.
Can I Cancel my Membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. We currently retain 94% of our initial sign ups.
What is an Affiliate, and how do I become one?
Our affiliate program pays you money every month for anyone you refer to Valuation Interlink. Please refer to our Affiliate page for details.
How do I Change my Company Information?
After you have logged into your account, click My Profile. Make any changes instantly.
What if my Order is Cancelled?
Contact your Client immediately and find out the reasons, make sure it is marked as Cancelled in your account.
How Do I Cancel?
Access the order from you Home Page, and click Cancel in the grid. Contact Client immediately and explain your reason.
What do I do when my Appraisal is Completed?
Go to your Home Page to open your order, and click Upload Report in the Grid. Then click Upload Invoice in the Grid. Mark order and payment information as complete.
When is my Credit Card charged?
Your credit card is charged once a month for $19.99, for our software licensing fee.
If I am an Appraiser or Agent, can I Place an Order?
Yes, you can place orders on Valuation Interlink for orders outside your normal coverage area. Set your price and set your terms, it’s up to you. For these orders you will need to register as a Client (always free).
What if I Forget my Username and Password?
Contact the Help Desk on the Support Page and we will email it to you.
What if I Want to Change my Profile?
Login to your account, and you will have instant access to all of your records, and can update them at anytime through your login.
