Set Your Price and Terms You are given the freedom to set the price and terms of every order you place. Once the order has been accepted by the appraiser, you will be in contact directly with the appraiser. You are then given access to all of that appraiser’s pertinent information to expedite the appraisal process.
Access All Your Accounts With a couple clicks you have full access to all past and present appraisal reports. You can also access the appraiser’s information, open or closed invoices, signed forms, etc. Imagine never having to call an appraiser again for copies of licenses, insurance, invoices, resumes, past appraisal reports, etc…because now all the information is just a click away! It’s all right in front of you!
Your Own Appraisal Department Our system is designed to create your own appraisal department, for free! It helps expand your business, and saves you time and money. Once you start using our application you will see all the extra free time you have, and how easy it is to access any appraisal information imaginable. It’s like having extra staff members to process and receive appraisal orders just for you.
Rate Your Appraisers Upon completion you will be asked to rate your appraiser. This rating system allows for our platform to get smarter and faster as it records all of your appraiser’s ratings. This rating system allows those appraisers that excel rise to the top and continually service your orders. In essence, you get a customized approved and non approved appraiser list built into your personal ordering system.
How it Works
When an appraisal order is placed, the order is immediately sent to our appraisers in the area. The first qualified appraiser to accept the order with the agreed upon terms gets the job. Our professionalism is ensured as all of our appraisers are rated on every appraisal assignment. Through this rating system our appraisers are rewarded for efficient and friendly service.
Once the assignment is accepted by the appraiser, you will have access to all of the appraiser’s contact information. We found that by putting the client and the appraiser in direct contact with each other ensures the highest level of communication. In the contact information are all the documents you ever need from an appraiser, including their license, insurance, resume, W-9, and general approval application. Our approval application is in place so that if you need to get the appraiser approved for any reason, you are not held up by having to wait for the appraiser to return the application to you. It’s already filled out!
When the appraisal assignment is complete, the appraiser uploads the finished appraisal into Valuation Interlink, where you have access to the appraisal for 6 months. You can download the report and save it to your computer at anytime. The appraisal will be in PDF form in your client login area. In the appraisal file you will have access to the appraiser’s documents such as license, insurance, resume, etc.
All of our clients are asked to rate their appraisers, allowing them to track which appraiser responds with the most courtesy and professionalism. This system also allows you the client the freedom to pick and choose your appraisers, and still get the orders filled in the fastest way possible. All of the appraisers and clients are also rated by Valuation Interlink, ensuring fairness and the most accurate reporting for all involved.
