Appraisers are emailed orders that appear in their area, with the simple option of Accept or Decline . Appraisers always receive the full payment amount, according to the agreed upon price. Appraisers are rated by both the Client and Valuation Interlink, based on their performance and courtesy, averaged over time to ensure fairness for everyone.

We give you the flexibility of never having to turn down an order due to the fact that you are too busy, it’s too far away, you don’t do that kind of appraisal, etc. You set the price and terms, so imagine how far you can expand your coverage area! Just like on the Client side, our system allows you to set your own appraisal fee and terms, leaving room for profit margins for you and the appraiser that has accepted your assignment. This feature was designed for appraisers that actually want to take some time off or expand their coverage area…now you can take that vacation without fear of losing the clients you worked so hard to get.

Signing up and registering as an appraiser with Valuation Interlink is easy and cost effective. We simply charge a monthly license fee of $19.99, which allows us to support and sustain our website. On average, one appraisal order per year pays your monthly fees for over a year and a half. We hold a 94% retention rate of all initial sign ups, and you can cancel at any time (no contracts).
