Agents know that BPOs and CMAs add up to lots of extra money, and that once they have completed the assignment; there is the potential to receive a full listing to sell the property.

Through the Valuation Interlink system, there is absolutely no one between you taking a percentage of the money from the work you do. Other BPO and CMA providers make at least $50 to $100 dollars on the orders they send to their agents, yet we take nothing. You receive the full agreed upon fee every time, and Valuation Interlink takes no percentage or fee split.

Signing up and registering as an Agent with Valuation Interlink is easy and cost effective. We simply charge a monthly licensing fee of $19.99, which allows us to support and sustain our website. Remember that we do not take or hold any fees from you, and you receive the full amount from the client. Unlike all other BPO providers, we are merely a platform through which banks and agents communicate. We receive no compensation from individual orders of any kind, and there are no hidden fees or surprises.
